Wunderman Appoints Lincoln Bjorkman as Creative Head

Lincoln Bjorkman has joined digital agency Wunderman as global chief creative officer. Wunderman made this announcement Monday, Oct. 28.

Bjorkman will be responsible for Wunderman’s global creative strategy and the creative process throughout the agency network spanning more than 170 offices in 60 countries.

Bjorkman begins his new role immediately and reports to Wunderman chairman and CEO Daniel Morel.

“Digital engagement today is focused on rich, sophisticated, creative content that increasingly resembles TV,” said Morel. “Tapping into a creative who is well versed in the world of television and pixel-rich content is critical to developing engrossing digital pieces.”

Bjorkman (pictured above) becomes a member of the Wunderman Executive Board, which defines the agency’s business direction and strategy and will lead Wunderman’s Global Creative Council, formed last year to stimulate creative conversation and cooperation.

Wunderman is a member of WPP (NASDAQ:WPPGY) and part of Young & Rubicam Group.
