Tech Mahindra Expands Partnership with Vodafone Qatar

India’s leading tech services company Tech Mahindra has further strengthened its partnership with Vodafone Qatar with the visit of Richard Daly, CEO, Vodafone Qatar to the Centre of Excellence and Offshore Development Centre at Tech Mahindra, Pune (India).

Vodafone Qatar engaged Tech Mahindra as a prime services partner during the past two years to manage its IT operations, deliver new services to market and enable a better customer experience, it was stated.

“Our technology partnership with Tech Mahindra during the past 2 years is helping Vodafone Qatar grow and innovate in a competitive market landscape,” said Richard Daly.

“Tech Mahindra will continue to invest in enabling Vodafone Qatar to deliver integrated services and a rich customer experience to its retail and enterprise customers,” said Vineet Nayyar, executive vice chairman, Tech Mahindra.

Tech Mahindra has delivered Post-paid services for Vodafone. These services were introduced for the retail and enterprise customers in Qatar early this year.

Fixed line services for retail and enterprise customers are expected to be launched by the end of this year. The announcement was made today, Oct. 19.

Tech Mahindra is a leading provider of solutions and services to the telecommunications industry with a majority stake owned by Mahindra & Mahindra Limited. Also, Tech Mahindra is part of the US $15.4 billion Mahindra Group.
