A public relations (PR) outfit PR News will organize a two-day event in New York that combines social media, technology, strategy and food tastings. That’s what it says.
The Social Media Summit & Taste of Tech will connect PR professionals with the latest technology and tools to help them create effective campaigns and communications initiatives.
The event is also inviting digital communications leaders who will share the latest best practices in using the social media networks that matter most to their organizations and clients.

Taste of Tech attendees on June 21 will have the opportunity to listen to and engage in panel discussions led by technology partners who will help them handle social media, cut through the clutter with their press releases, monitor and measure stakeholder engagement, etc.

According to PR News, the digital strategists will share insights, case studies and practical tips on how to leverage Facebook Timeline to tell your brand’s story, develop relationships with key influencers in your market on Twitter, establish your brand on Pinterest and connect with its user base.
