Ram Vilas Paswan Invites You for a Live Chat on #TransformingIndia
|India’s Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Ram Vilas Paswan will interact live with citizens today (1st June 2016) at 3 p.m. on #TransformingIndia. He will share the initiatives taken by his Ministry.
According to a government statement, all citizens are invited to share their ideas and post their questions on government website MyGov using the hashtag #Tra.
Meanwhile, the official website of India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Office, www.pmindia.gov.in is now multi-lingual.
The website can now be accessed in six regional languages: Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu in addition to English and Hindi.

The website was inaugurated by the Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj on Sunday.
Earlier, India’s Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting, Rajyavardhan Rathore participated in a live Facebook Q&A with the public and replied questions fielded by people from different parts of the country.
During the one-hour interactive session, according to the government statement, Rathore answered questions on various aspects.

These included information and broadcasting, media ethics, crisis communication, public policy, Defence preparedness, border security, cyber threats, Olympics, skill development and employment generation.
The Minister also received many suggestions and ideas from people on a wide variety of subjects during the live interaction, it was claimed.
