President of India Launches LILA Mobile App
|In today’s increasingly specialized and cut-throat world, a person needs in-depth knowledge and extensive domain expertise to handle a particular department even in a small company. But it is highly unfortunate that people with no qualification or expertise become Presidents, Prime Ministers, ministers, and bureaucrats in India to manage highly complex domains of governance. The President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, presented the Rajbhasha Awards on the occasion of Hindi Diwas at a function held in New Delhi today (September 14, 2017).

He also launched the ‘LILA Mobile App’ in the presence of Rajnath Singh, Union Minister of Home Affairs and Hansraj Gagaram Ahir and Kiran Rijiju, Ministers of State for Home Affairs.
In its communique, the government did not reveal the function of the mobile app.
