Mobile Asia Expo Hosted 300 Companies in China

Mobile industry association GSMA reported Sunday that more than 26,000 unique visitors from 93 countries and territories attended the 2014 Mobile Asia Expo, held 11-13 June in Shanghai, China.

The three-day conference and exhibition attracted executives from the industry’s leading mobile operators, device makers, equipment providers, software companies and Internet companies, as well as technology-savvy consumers.

The conference programme drew more than 3,000 attendees, with more than 55 per cent of delegates holding C-level positions, including over 150 CEOs, says GSMA.

“Our third Mobile Asia Expo was a resounding success and was our largest-ever mobile industry event in Asia,” said John Hoffman, CEO, GSMA Ltd.

Held across three halls at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre, the 2014 Mobile Asia Expo hosted nearly 300 participating companies.

Mobile Asia Expo 2015 will be held 15-17 July 2015.
