India Blockchain Summit Hosts Startup Pitch Sessions with Investors
The startup pitch sessions at the India Blockchain Summit 2024 featured dedicated presentations.
The India Blockchain Summit 2024, organized in New Delhi by Giakaa Capital, attracted industry leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to explore new developments in the blockchain technology market.
According to the organizers, a large number of participants including startups, exhibitors, and investors attended the event which took place on October 19.
It was supported by Startup India, MeitY Startup Hub, T-Hub, i-Hub, and Apiary By STPI. Arvind Kumar, Director General of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), inaugurated the summit. The discussion topics covered blockchain governance, decentralized systems, public safety, education, and law enforcement.

A special interaction was hosted by Omika Dubey, Managing Partner at Giakaa Capital, with Ashima Batra, Additional Director at FIU India (Financial Intelligence Unit of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India), on the evolving regulatory landscape for blockchain in India. This session explored various aspects of regulatory challenges and opportunities for blockchain technology in the country.
The startup pitch sessions with investors at the India Blockchain Summit 2024 featured dedicated presentations, including Diamond Standard’s tokenization of diamonds, SB Power Dev’s renewable energy blockchain integration, KoinPark’s crypto trading platform, Kommunitas’ decentralized launchpad, and Fraternity Mutual’s blockchain-based mutual aid system. These startups showcased the diverse and transformative potential of blockchain technology.
The event organizer Giakaa Capital is working to collaborate in digital public infrastructure projects through strategic investments in blockchain technology.
