Honeywell Total Connect Comfort App for Energy Savings

The thermostat app on Google Play or iTunes from tech company Honeywell (NYSE: HON) now offers new features that enable homeowners to optimize comfort and energy consumption from anywhere in the world.

The Total Connect Comfort app is compatible with any of Honeywell’s Wi-Fi or RedLINK connected thermostats, including its newest color-customizable Wi-Fi Smart Thermostat.

According to the company, scheduling the thermostat from the app takes just minutes and now can be easily modified on-the-fly directly from the app – a perfect solution for busy homeowners who are constantly on the go but value comfort and efficiency.

To test out how easy it is to schedule a Honeywell thermostat from the Total Connect Comfort app, you can download it from Google Play or iTunes and select “Demo Mode.”

After installing a Honeywell Wi-Fi or RedLINK enabled thermostat, you can sign up for a free Total Connect Comfort account at www.mytotalconnectcomfort.com, where you can also control the thermostat online.

The same login is used to control the app, once downloaded from Google Play or iTunes App Store.
