Dear Airtel, Please Do Not Ignore My Complaint

Dear Airtel,
Please let me introduce myself as a government’s National award-winning journalist and writer. These days, I am running my own global news services on different subjects.
Plus, I am also an Airtel customer and have been using Airtel Wi-Fi Internet for over 6 years or so at my home. I must say that I am largely satisfied with your service.
However, of late, I have been experiencing myriad problems with your Internet service. My connection gets automatically disconnected after every few minutes. I kept waiting for a week thinking that it may be a temporary glitch that will get repaired at your end. But it did not.
Yesterday, I took to Twitter to express my grievance and got a response from your staff. But after that I have sent multiple reminders, but the problem persists.

I must also tell you that recording a complaint on your voice (phone) call center is a totally flawed customer service mechanism as the customer has to keep waiting for many minutes before discovering that their problem has not been resolved.
I also informed your people that in order to avoid disturbance, I keep my phones switched off. But I told them to contact me during a particular period when I will keep my phone open.
But your staff has completely forgotten my problem while I am suffering. As I have stated above, being a journalist I have to work round the clock. I can’t afford even a few minutes of disruption. When the things were not working at your end, I was left with no other option but to write this story.
I hope you will address my request and solve the Internet disconnection problem immediately ensuring that it will keep working smoothly in future also.
