Amobee Acquires AdJitsu 3D Mobile Ad Business
|Mobile advertising company Amobee today announced the acquisition of AdJitsu. With this acquisition, Amobee will leverage AdJitsu’s technology to produce interactive 3D mobile ads. AdJitsu is a wholly owned business unit of Cooliris. The details of acquisition were not revealed.
With AdJitsu’s technology and product suite, Amobee will collaborate with ad networks, publishers, brands and agencies to create 3D mobile ad units.

Furthermore, AdJitsu’s technology has an ability to transform existing 2D ad assets into interactive 3D campaigns, which can result in better click through rates and higher revenues for advertisers and publishers, says Amobee.
