Amazon Lovefilm to Stream Barbie: Princess Charm School
Lovefilm, an Amazon company, has today announced the launch of a wide range of children’s programming from NBCUniversal to enrich the variety of kids entertainment already available on Lovefilm Instant Streaming Service.
As a result of the partnership, Lovefilm.com members can now stream television series and films featuring characters from the NBCUniversal library, including the Emmy award-winning Curious George and Barbie: Princess Charm School.
Additional children’s TV series included in this agreement with NBCUniversal International Television Distribution are classic franchises such as The Land Before Time , based on the American animated adventure film; Maisy, the animated series based on the picture books created by British illustrator, Lucy Cousins; and the animated stop-motion series about a crime-busting mouse, Rastamouse.

This deal with NBCUniversal is supposed to boost Lovefilm’s catalogue of kids’ TV shows available to stream on demand through Lovefilm Instant.
Lovefilm is an Amazon company and a leading European film and TV series subscription service with over two million members in the UK and Germany.

For £5.99 a month Lovefilm members can choose from thousands of hours of film and TV entertainment from major Hollywood – and international – studios, streamed instantly through Lovefilm Instant directly to Internet-enabled devices, including gaming consoles and tablets.
Lovefilm also offers Lovefilm By Post, giving members access to more than 70,000 titles on DVD and Blu-ray, including the latest new releases, delivered straight to their door.
