UNESCO Inviting Proposals for Mobile Learning Week
|UNESCO is currently accepting two types of proposals for Mobile Learning Week 2017: workshop proposals and symposium proposals.
The submission deadline for both proposals is Tuesday, 17 January 2017. UNESCO will send notification of selected workshops and symposium presentations no later than the end of January.
If your workshop is selected for inclusion in the programme, you must be in Paris on Wednesday, 22 March. Your workshop may be scheduled for the morning or afternoon session.
If your Symposium presentation is selected for inclusion in the programme, you must be in Paris on Monday, 20 March and Tuesday, 21 March. Your presentation will be scheduled for the morning or afternoon session on either 20 or 21 March.

Both workshop and symposium proposals must align with one of the three subthemes for the event:
- Supporting learners
- Supporting teachers
- Supporting systems
According to UNESCO, it takes approximately thirty minutes to complete a proposal submission.
You can follow the instructions indicated on the relevant submission form. If you are working on several distinct projects, you may submit more than one proposal. It is also acceptable to submit both a workshop and a symposium proposal.
Co-organized by UNESCO and UNHCR Mobile Learning Week 2017 will be held under the theme ‘Education in emergencies and crises’ from 20 to 24 March in Paris.
